Preparation
Warm the Jerky
Place a dry skillet over medium heat and let it come up to temperature before adding the jerky. Add the finely chopped Original Dyno and let it warm for 1โ2 minutes, stirring occasionally. You're not cooking it โ you're waking it up. The heat loosens the texture slightly and pulls out the deep, smoky aroma from the brisket. Once you can smell it, it's ready. Set it aside in the pan.
Sautรฉ the Aromatics
With the jerky still in the pan, add your butter or olive oil directly over it. Let the butter melt fully before adding the diced onion and bell pepper. Keep the heat at medium and sautรฉ for 2โ3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds or so. You want the onion to go translucent and the pepper to soften at the edges while keeping a little bite. Don't rush this step โ the fond building in the pan is flavor.
Scramble the Eggs
Crack the 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk vigorously until the yolks and whites are fully combined โ no streaks. Pour them directly into the hot skillet over the jerky and aromatics. Reduce the heat to medium-low immediately. Use a spatula to push the eggs slowly from the edges toward the center in wide, lazy folds. Don't stir constantly โ you want soft, custardy curds. Pull the pan off the heat when the eggs look just barely set, about 3 minutes. Residual heat will finish them perfectly.
Serve
Plate immediately while everything is hot. If you're using shredded cheddar, scatter it over the eggs right before serving so it melts from the heat of the scramble without becoming rubbery. Finish with several turns of freshly cracked black pepper โ be generous. The pepper cuts through the richness and ties the whole dish together. Serve straight from the pan for the best texture.

LET'S GET COOKING.
INGREDIENTS
1 slice whole grain or sourdough bread, toasted
1/2 avocado, mashed
0.5 oz Caveman Pepper jerky, torn into small pieces
Squeeze of lime
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Flaky salt to taste (go light โ jerky brings salt)
PREPARATION
Toast & Mash
Start by toasting your bread until it's deeply golden and crisp โ you want a sturdy base that won't go soggy under the avocado. While the bread toasts, halve your avocado and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Mash it with a fork until mostly smooth but still slightly chunky. A little texture is a good thing here.
Assemble
Spread the mashed avocado generously over the warm toast, edge to edge. Tear the Caveman Pepper jerky into small, bite-size pieces and scatter them evenly across the avocado. The smoky heat of the jerky plays against the cool, creamy avocado in every bite.
Finish & Serve
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top โ this brightens everything and keeps the avocado from browning. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes if you want extra heat, and finish with a very light pinch of flaky salt. Go easy on the salt; the jerky already brings plenty. Serve immediately while the toast is still crisp.
Flavor swap: Sweet Volcano works nicely here too if you want a sweet-heat version for kids who like a milder kick.
